The Registered Nurse A is responsible to the Manager, Clinical Services ICU/PACU. The Registered Nurse A is responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient care in accordance with the vision, mission and philosophy of the Saskatchewan Health Authority. As a member of the Nursing department, the Registered Nurse A has the responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive client centered care.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Critical Care Nursing certificate, or be willing to obtain the certification within a specified timeframe. Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan is required, along with BLS and ACLS certifications.
