Market context
Health Care Aide roles in Burnaby are typically in steady demand as British Columbia healthcare employers look for certified support staff with current First Aid and CPR. These positions can be competitive because employers often screen for an HCA certificate, a clean criminal record check, and reliable communication access; a Class 5 Driver’s License can help.
