The Medical Office Assistant provides a vital role in supporting a diverse primary care team over multiple sites.
Maintain/update records in the MOIS system complying with privacy laws for confidential medical information.
Maintain communications and liaise with CSFS member communities, offices and health center staff.
Schedule patient appointments and assist the primary care team and professional staff in managing face to face, telehealth schedules and client activity.
Assist with point of care measuring and specimen testing, processing or transporting.
Assist the physician or NP by having a well-prepared patient, treatment room and helping to provide proactive care.

The target hiring range for this position is $26.4408 to $34.2415 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
