• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients
• You will use supportive, therapeutic, palliative, and rehabilitative approaches to help patients achieve their optimal level of health.
• Provide care and support to patients and families
• Work in close collaboration with our interprofessional team to ensure safe, coordinated and high-quality care What You’ll Bring Required
• Registered with the College of Nurses as an RPN Preferred
• Coronary Care 1 certification
• One year of applicable nursing experience
