Job Description

The Assessor Coordinator is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region through provision of safe quality care to clients. He/she is responsible for the provision of assessment, intervention, brief counseling, advice, information and referral about Saskatchewan Mental Health and Addictions Services to callers/clients from all age groups. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Social Work or Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing and have at least two years of experience in community mental health and addictions services. Proficiency in assessment, knowledge of relevant legislation, and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team are required.
