Exciting opportunities exists for the right individuals to join our progressive non-profit organization as a Community Support Worker. The position entails providing supports to individuals at our Footprints Day Program in North Vancouver.
The program provides both community-based and home-based activities, including social, recreational, vocational, daily living skills, skill development and leisure recreation activities within a supported environment. Program and activity schedules are created to reflect the needs, preferences, and goals of each individual.
The right candidate should have experience with Behavior Management and Personal Care. Sign language is an asset, and candidate must have at least 1-2 years of experience with personal care.
Strive is currently looking for Casual on-call Community Support Workers who can fill in shifts that are not covered by full-time lines. This position requires having a flexible schedule as shifts may be called out last minute.
