  • Type: Alternative Payment Method Come work as a Anatomical/General Pathologist with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH)! The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Richmond Hospital invites applications for a full-time permanent position as an Anatomical or General Pathologist. Start Date is negotiable. Fellowship training and/or Hematopathology/Transfusion Medicine experience would be an asset. The successful candidate will join the department of 5 Pathologists providing General Pathology work including anatomical and possibly clinical pathology services for both inpatients and outpatients in Richmond Community of Care. The work environment is a fast-pace high volume lab with about 20,000 Anatomical Pathology specimens and 2M Clinical Pathology tests per year with rapid annual growth.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current license with the College of Physicians of BC and be a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada. Membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association is also mandatory.
