About Us Brighter Days Health is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation coordination company supporting individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents (MVA), slip and falls, post surgery recovery and individuals with assistance needs.
We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide community-based support to clients recovering from accident-related injuries.
Role Overview PSWs will assist clients in their homes and communities with activities that support independence and safety as well as recovery following accidents. Many clients are experiencing physical injuries, chronic pain, mobility limitations, cognitive impairment (such as dementia) and/or caregiver burnout while caring from family members.
This role is ideal for PSWs who enjoy meaningful one-on-one work and being part of a collaborative rehabilitation team.
Candidates must hold a PSW certificate from a recognized program and possess valid CPR/First Aid certification. A current Police Vulnerable Sector Check is required, along with strong communication and documentation skills.
