The Opportunity: VetWise is expanding and seeking passionate Remote Veterinarians licensed in one or more of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island and or New Brunswick to join our growing network!

As part of our network, you maintain control over your schedule.

You may claim consultations based on your availability and professional preference.

This role allows you to practice veterinary medicine in a flexible capacity while enhancing access to care for pet owners and alleviating the workload for hospitals.

Your Role: Provide virtual consultations for pet owners in one or more of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island and or New Brunswick in accordance with applicable telemedicine regulations Collaborate with hospitals to support their patient needs Opportunity to provide care for exotics if desired Our Requirements: Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) Unrestricted license to practice veterinary medicine one or more of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island and or New Brunswick A minimum of 2 years' experience as a practicing veterinarian Strong client communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and critical thinking abilities Experience working with exotic species is considered an asset Preference will be given to candidates licensed in multiple provinces, including: Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Florida, New York A passion for improving access to veterinary care Why Join Us?

Compensation Compensation is commission-based and varies depending on the species and consult type.

Requirements
