The Registered Nurse provides individualized hospice and palliative care, focusing on comfort, quality of life, and pain and symptom management. They work within an interprofessional team to deliver care planning and psychosocial support to residents and their families.
Position: Registered nurse (Rn)
Temporary full-Time position, approx. Oct 2026-Nov 2027
Starting $38.75-$48.75 based on experience
As a member of the interprofessional collaborative team, the nurse is responsible for individualized hospice and palliative care that focuses on comfort and quality of life, care planning, assessment & pain and symptom management, and psychosocial care for the resident and their family.
Reports to: Director of Resident Care (DRC)
This position will remain posted until filled.
