As a member of the collaborative care team, the Care Team Assistant is responsible for supporting patients' activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living. Continuing Care Assistant Program Provincial Certification with Department of Health and Wellness Candidates are required to submit their certification and be registered and active with the CCA Registry.
