Job Description

Provides intensive case management to individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness. These services are provided within an individual and/or group context.

Requirements

Requires a minimum of five years of recent experience in a community or acute mental health setting and a Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing or equivalent. Must hold a valid Class 5 driver's license and be registered or eligible with the CRNS or CRPNS.
