The Registered Nurse will provide holistic, person-centered care to clients in their homes, clinics, and the community. Responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, managing chronic diseases, performing wound care, and providing palliative and end-of-life support.

Our Visiting nurses provide client care in the client’s own home. They provide physical assessments, symptom control support, palliative care, rehabilitation therapy, wound care, education, counselling to individuals and families and much more.
