The Registered Technologist - X-Ray and BMD is responsible for the safe, effective and efficient performance of a variety of procedures in the areas of X-Ray and BMD. The MRT will use independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative in the application of ionizing radiation. He/she will work together with the Senior Technologist, Interventional Radiology and Student Coordinator regarding supervision and evaluation of student technologists.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Radiological Technology program and hold current registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario. Current CPR certification is required, and CBMD certification or ADT accreditation is preferred.
