About the role

The Physician Assistant will provide primary care services as part of a multi-disciplinary team at the Kindersley Health Centre. They are responsible for delivering patient-centered care while adhering to ethical practices and quality safety standards.

  • Experience
  • Clinical experience working as a PA in a related clinical field, is an asset
  • Education
  • Completion of an accredited PA degree program recognized by PACCC
  • Licenses
  • Membership and Licensure in good standing with the CPSS as a PA; or
  • Eligible for registration with CPSS (for applicants outside of Saskatchewan).
  • Physician Assistant - Certified (PA-C) through the NCCPA.
  • (May be asked to provide proof of meeting maintenance of certification)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Canadian Certified Physician Assistant (CCPA) through PACCC; or

Requirements

Applicants must hold an accredited Physician Assistant degree and maintain licensure with the CPSS and PACCC. Clinical experience in a related field is considered an asset, along with certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and ATLS.
