About the role

The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with high-quality care to patients. They are expected to work independently while maintaining effective communication with patients and the dental team.

Our dental clinic team in Brockville, ON is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist on a part-time/ Locum basis for the month of Nov- Dec.

The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.

Our clinic is located near the St. Lawrence River in the town of Brockville providing all amenities for a comfortable lifestyle.

Compensation: Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration at 40% collections

Schedule

  • Thursday, Friday and Alternate Saturday
  • 16- 20 hrs/ week

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
  • Registered or in processing of registering with the:
  • Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
  • Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Ontario
  • We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
  • Member of the ODA in order to submit claims electronically for quicker turn around of payments
  • 1+ year of experience in practicing dentistry is an asset, however, new graduates are also welcome with mentorship provided from 123dentist mentorship program
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
  • Very team oriented office and looking for a like minded Dentist to join us.
