  • Résumé du poste: La personne titulaire du poste assume la responsabilité d’un ensemble de soins infirmiers en fonction des besoins bio-psycho-sociaux des usagers ou des groupes de personnes qui lui sont confiés. Elle évalue l’état de santé des usagers, met en œuvre le plan thérapeutique infirmier et prodigue des soins visant à maintenir ou à rétablir la santé ainsi qu’à prévenir la maladie. Elle participe également à l’enseignement auprès des usagers et de leurs proches ainsi qu’à des activités de recherche en promotion de la santé et prévention des maladies.
  • Principales responsabilités : Évaluer l’état de santé des usagers et établir le plan thérapeutique infirmier; Assurer la mise en œuvre des plans de soins et des traitements infirmiers; Initier et prodiguer les soins et traitements infirmiers et médicaux requis; Prescrire, conformément à la réglementation en vigueur, des analyses de laboratoire, traitements, produits, médicaments et pansements dans les domaines autorisés; Planifier, dispenser et évaluer l’enseignement destiné aux usagers, à leurs proches et à différents groupes; Participer à des activités de recherche favorisant la promotion de la santé et la prévention des maladies; Collaborer avec l’équipe interdisciplinaire afin d’assurer des soins sécuritaires et de qualité.
  • Qualifications requises : Diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) en soins infirmiers ou baccalauréat en sciences infirmières; Minimum d’une (1) année d’expérience en soins aigus; Expérience en pédiatrie considérée comme un atout important; Connaissance des normes nationales ASPAN, un atout; Autonomie, dynamisme et excellent esprit d’équipe; Membre en règle de l’Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ); Bilinguisme (français et anglais). ---
