Current Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario BCLS certification at time of hire Demonstrated leadership ability. Multi-patient medication administration. Ability to work independently. One year nursing experience in Long Term Care setting. Caring and compassionate attitude towards patients and their families. Good team player. Computer skills/RUGS III data entry an asset. Evidence of dedication to continuing education. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Keen desire to work with the elderly. Satisfactory employment and attendance record. Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position
Status: Temporary Full-time (Approx. 18 months) Hours: Monday to Sunday -- Various rotating 12 hour shifts (hours are subject to change based on operational needs) Salary: $41.150 to $58.980 per hour
