As a Unregulated Care Provider (UCP), you will provide compassionate care and support to residents while promoting their dignity, comfort, and independence. Resident Care & Support:
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and toileting. Provide emotional support and encourage participation in activities and community life. Observe and report changes in residents’ health, behaviour, or needs.
Administer medications as delegated (for certified UCPs). Support the nursing team and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Complete required documentation and resident care records.
Follow infection control, safety procedures, and organizational policies. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
1–2 years of experience in long-term care, retirement living, hospital, or community care preferred. Compassionate and patient with strong communication skills. Ability to work as part of a healthcare team and provide resident-focused care.

Completion of a recognized Personal Support Worker (PSW) program or equivalent is required. Candidates must hold a valid CPR Level C/HCP certification and pass a criminal background check including Vulnerable Sector Screening.
