We have an exciting opportunity for two Registered Therapists to join our clinical team on a full time, 1 year contract basis!
In this role you’ll be responsible for supporting individuals, couples, and families by delivering exceptional service to our clients regardless of their financial means.
You will use your robust clinical training and expertise to deliver phenomenal counselling/psychotherapeutic services to both individuals and groups.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Provide direct clinical service to individuals, couples, and families while ensuring all services are based on holistic practice and an integration of family focus, wellness, attachment theory, resilience building methods and trauma-informed principles.
Deliver therapeutic interventions utilizing a variety of treatment modalities and presenting concerns (ex.
Depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, relationships, etc.) Facilitate psycho-educational groups on a variety of topics (ex.
Anxiety, relationships, intimate partner violence, anger-management, etc.) Provide immediate support to clients in crisis including risk mitigation, safety planning and connections to crisis services.
Offer a range of comprehensive assessments to understand the client’s needs; assesses other factors that may be impacting the client (e.g., environment, family situation, resettlement).
$33.26 to $46.41 per hour.
Requires a Master's degree in a counselling-related field or Social Work with full registration with the applicable college. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle emotionally charged situations in a fast-paced environment.
