Applicants are required to have the Additional Authorized Practice (AAP) designation.

In the event there are no applicants fully qualified applicants, The Saskatchewan Health Authority would be willing to sponsor to current employees who are Registered Nurses and want to take the required Advanced Authorized Practice Program at Saskatchewan Polytechnic with a anticipated completion date of July 1, 2026. This course is a requirement to work as a RN-AAP. ,

Job Description

We are currently looking for RN (AAP) licensure holding Primary Care Nurse with demonstrated ability to apply Additional Authorized Practice standards & competencies to diagnose & treat Limited Common Medical Disorders as identified in the Clinical Decision Tools. The practice involves working within the nursing program objectives, guidelines, and policies and procedures; building partnerships, completing community needs assessments; supporting inter-professional collaboration; and participating in continuous improvements through evaluative processes/projects.

Requirements
