In Ontario, OTA/PTA roles are typically supported by ongoing demand in rehabilitation, long-term care, and community settings. Competition often centers on candidates who can show hands-on patient support experience, reliable transportation, and current screening documents; this role also notes a Certificate or Diploma in an OTA/PTA program, a valid Ontario driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and a vulnerable sector police check.
