As a Physiotherapist, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients achieve and maintain their highest level of functional independence. You’ll assess, plan, and implement personalized rehabilitation programs, working closely with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective, and meaningful care. Key Responsibilities Conduct client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Provide education on therapy goals, exercises, and adaptive equipment Collaborate with healthcare teams for care coordination and discharge planning Supervise support staff and mentor students Ensure safety protocols and maintain organized therapy spaces Document care activities and support scheduling and referrals What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (Master’s preferred) Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) Current BCLS/HCP certification 1–3 years of clinical experience (required) Experience with complex medical conditions and mobility support Home and community care experience (preferred) Familiarity with mobile work tools and EMR systems Why Join Us?
