About the role

The Registered Nurse will conduct patient assessments and execute individualized care plans to help patients remain comfortable in their homes. Responsibilities include maintaining professional patient records and building trust-based relationships with patients of all ages.

Job Description

This position is located in Elliot Lake, Ontario. In this community nursing role, as a Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.
