Work directly with clients and/or their caregivers or other persons who regularly interact with clients.
Create environments that promote optimal communication and swallowing.
Support adults with typical development and disorders of communication/swallowing.
Provide assessment and intervention for acute neurology patients, including stroke patients.
Contribute to department/program quality assurance initiatives.

We are seeking a Permanent Full Time Speech-language Pathologist | Acute Neurology at Kelowna General Hospital in Kelowna, BC. Days of work: Monday to Friday, Days Shift times: 08:00 to 16:00
Full practicing registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC). One year’s clinical experience with adults in a hospital setting and/or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (new grads welcome). Valid BC Driver’s license where required
