Job Summary and Requirements This posting This posting will be used to fill 1 (one) permanent, full-time position working 75 hours bi-weekly.

It will establish a 12-month eligibility list which will be used to fill future vacancies.

This job is based in the thriving and diverse city of Whitehorse in the beautiful Yukon.

The Government of Yukon's Continuing Care division is known for its exceptional standards, providing clients with the highest level of care and a healthy workplace for staff. This position is based within the Home Care branch of Continuing Care that offers a range of services tailored to meet individual needs, including acute care, rehabilitation, and support for chronic and palliative conditions. These services are determined through personalized assessments to help clients remain in their homes, providing respite for caregivers and promoting independence and a higher quality of life. Requirements

Registered Nurse registration with YRNA or a Canadian registered nursing regulatory authority.
