Position Summary

We are hiring for a relief (temporary) Rehabilitation Assistant at the Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops. This position is anticipated to run until March 2027, or the return of the current incumbent. Days of Work: rotating shifts that includes working some weekends and stat holidays Shift times/Hours of work: 08:00 to 16:22

About the Role

Under the clinical direction of a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist, the Rehabilitation Assistant functions as a member of the multidisciplinary team in meeting the needs of the client. The Rehabilitation Assistant carries out rehabilitative treatment plans and programs and assists the therapist in monitoring and evaluating patients/residents’ progression.
