ROLE

  • Recent 12-lead ECG interpretation course, or equivalent (current experience)
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

  • Minimum of 2 years recent clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting required
  • Without Critical Care Certificate
  • Minimum of 2 years recent clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting and willing to obtain Critical Care certificate within one (1) year of hire required
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in an Intensive Care Unit as an equivalent required

Requirements

Requires registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and a Critical Care certificate or a commitment to obtain one within a year. Candidates must have at least 2 years of recent hospital clinical experience or 5 years of ICU experience.
