The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) agrees to carry the values, vision and mission of Dilico Anishinabek Family Care into all relationships and communications with patients, families, team members, partner organizations and the traditional healing/medical community. Under the direction of the Primary Care Manager, The RPN will work collaboratively with members of the Primary Care Team to advance care for clients and their families, according to the College of Nurses scope of practice.
The RPN will be responsible for maintaining flow of daily operations in the primary care clinic including, but not limited to, such tasks as rooming clients, monitoring vitals, completing immunizations and injections, assisting with procedures, phlebotomy and completing health teachings with clients.
32.55 hours per week
