Candidate Requirements
- Valid registration with the CLPNA (required).
- Day shift availability.
- Clear Criminal Record Check with a vulnerable sector clearance (required).
- Latest tuberculosis screening test (required).
- Current CPR certification (required).
- Ability to complete basic documentation via smartphone.
- Valid driver's license and your own vehicle for transportation (required).
As a pediatric LPN with Classic LifeCare, your responsibilities may include
- Providing personal care for infants and children
- Assisting with enteral tube feeding
- Performing oral, nasal, or deep suctioning
- Monitoring and managing seizures
- Administering medications
- Conducting catheterizations and catheter care
- Supporting diabetes management
- Monitoring and managing respiratory conditions
- Providing tracheostomy care (training provided)
- School assignments in the morning for back-to-school, community and home care may be involved
