Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care. Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients. Under the direction of the Public Health Supervision, the immunization Nurse functions within a team of Public Health Practitioners focused on disease prevention through immunizations across the region. These services may be provided in public health centers or public facilities such as malls and schools.

Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a nursing diploma and registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan. Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license and a CPR Level C Certificate.
