Carecor Health Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to support specialty medical clinics in long‑term care homes across the Greater Toronto. This role focuses on assisting with the administration of spasticity medications and providing high‑quality clinical and administrative support to physicians, LTC staff, and residents.
We are hiring a part-time Registered Practical Nurse to provide clinic coordination, hands-on clinical assistance, and medical education during specialty spasticity management clinics held within long-term care homes.
The ideal candidate brings experience in long-term care and feels confident working both independently and collaboratively.
Successful candidates will be seeing clients in the Greater Toronto area.

Must be a currently registered RPN or RN with a patient-first approach and the ability to travel daily by car. Experience in long-term care is preferred along with strong communication and organizational skills.
