About the Coronary Care Unit The Coronary Care Unit (CCU) at Mount Sinai Hospital is a specialized six-bed unit dedicated to providing advanced cardiac care. We work closely with the heart function clinic, special pregnancy program, and oncology patients, offering comprehensive cardiology care and continuous cardiac monitoring for the hospital. Our unit primarily treats patients with congestive heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, and cardiomyopathies, particularly in pregnant populations. The CCU's collaborative environment and state-of-the-art technology enable us to deliver personalized, high-quality care to every patient.
