In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, perform assessments, plan, implement, and provide personal and nursing care to clients.
Provide wound care, IV care, catheter care, and pleurex drain care.
Administer oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications in accordance with policies and procedures.
Operate in accordance with competency guidelines and full scope of practice within BCCNM standards and unit protocols.
Support Continuous Home Health duties including case management, wound care, palliative care, and general nursing assessment and intervention

Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses. One (1) year of recent, related community, acute care, or long-term care experience (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience). Current full practicing licensure with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives. Current valid BC Driver’s License.
