Shifts of work will be scheduled days, evenings and nights rotating from 07:30 to 19:45, 09:00 to 21:25, 19:30 to 07:45 hours. About this Location RIH is a leading tertiary hospital that serves a vast geographical area, and its newly renovated emergency department is a major step forward in providing exceptional care to over 80,000 patients per year. The upgraded digital infrastructure and modernized digital platform are designed to streamline operations and improve patient care. The expanded triage area is now bright, open, and welcoming, providing a more comfortable environment for patients as they arrive. The introduction of Care Initiation Areas ensures diagnostics begin early, allowing for faster treatment and better outcomes. Qualfications Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience Current full practicing licensure with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) Current CPR certification required Two (2) years recent related experience in an acute care setting
