Market context
Occupational therapy roles in Alberta are often tied to long-term care, rehabilitation, and community settings, where demand can rise as employers look for clinicians who can support complex patient needs. These positions are competitive because approved OT education, Alberta registration, and preferred experience with MDS/RAI and long-term care can narrow the candidate pool. Review the AI-summarized job requirements and benefits on this platform to save research time, then confirm your registration status and highlight any MDS/RAI or long-term care experience in your application.
