Provide nursing care to patients receiving infusion therapies in an outpatient clinic setting (e.g., IV medications such as iron infusions)
Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to develop, implement, and monitor effectiveness of individualized plans of care
Responsible and accountable for decisions and actions in the provision and management of Nursing care for patients in a culture of “care partnership model”
Responsible for the provision of nursing care, teaching and coaching to clients and their families
Responsible and accountable for the provision of nursing care in accordance with the standards of nursing practice and THP Best Practice Protocols
Perform patient assessments, monitor patients pre-, during, and post-infusion, and identify/respond to adverse reactions or complications
