Market context

Ontario RRT roles favor critical care experience

Ontario RRT openings are often strongest in hospitals and other acute-care settings where adult critical care experience, current CRTO registration, and CBRC certification are standard expectations. These roles can be competitive because employers look for candidates who can step into high-acuity respiratory support with valid BCLS/ACLS credentials and recent hands-on experience. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this platform to save research time, then confirm your credentials and recent critical care background match the posting before applying.
