About the role

Manage and coordinate day-to-day research activities for multiple orthopaedic studies under the direction of Principal Investigators. Provide operational support and oversight for research activities within the Collaborative Orthopaedic Research framework.

This competition is open to all applicants however; internal candidates and applicants who were former employees of the University of Alberta will be given priority consideration before external candidates. Please log in to verify your internal candidate status.

This position has a term length of 1 year with the possibility of extension for 1 more year.

Location - This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person work at North Campus Edmonton.

The Research Project Coordinator will work under the direction of the associated Principal Investigator(s) to manage and coordinate activities the day-to-day research activities for multiple studies, supported by the operational lead. Oversight of all research activities will come from the Collaborative Orthopaedic Research lead.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master of Science and 2-5 years of research experience preferred. Must have working knowledge of POPA and HAI, along with proficiency in MS Office and Google Applications.
