Operate the switchboard and public address/paging systems.
Receive and direct patients and visitors.

Maintain physician on-call/vacation lists and other hospital staff lists.

Perform cashier duties including receiving payments, recording payments, and issuing change/receipts.

Two years of recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Ability to keyboard/typing test at 45+ NWPM (5-minute typing test from a recognized institution within the past 48 months; non-supervised tests not accepted).
Knowledge of medical terminology.
