Experience providing client-centred services in a front-facing public environment.
Experience providing a broad range of administrative support in an office environment (phones, directing calls, collaborating with other offices, collecting/processing financial transactions such as invoicing and payments).
Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
Understanding of effective client support and confidentiality.
Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Knowledge of electronic filing and/or patient management systems.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
