delivery of comprehensive primary health care services to patients of all ages and stages of health or illness work with other providers in the clinic to provide cross coverage and same day access participate in quality improvement and evaluation activities utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) and record all relevant patient details in a provincially approved EMR which is accessible to all collaborating team members Expected Hours 37.5 hours per week 46 out of 52 weeks per year Remuneration $375,000 to $400,000 per year Remuneration type is either Longitudinal Family Medicine payment model or a Fee for Service payment model.
