assess, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses, injuries, and medical emergencies. perform rapid patient evaluations and prioritize care based on acuity and urgency. manage a broad range of medical emergencies. order, interpret, and act upon diagnostic tests, laboratory results, and imaging studies. collaborate with nurses, specialists, paramedics, and allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive emergency care. Facility Description Roseway Hospital (RH) provides health care services to approximately 15,000 Shelburne County residents including inpatient, outpatient, and satellite care as well as primary, ambulatory, and emergency care. Located in Shelburne, RH has 19 inpatient beds and works closely with other health care facilities in Yarmouth, Kentville, Liverpool, Bridgewater, and Halifax.
