Deliver high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments with intention and care.
Conduct brief, thoughtful assessments to tailor each treatment to the guest’s needs.
Create a calm, welcoming experience from greeting through to treatment completion.
Educate guests on self-care practices and, where appropriate, home care recommendations.
Maintain accurate treatment notes and guest preferences.
Work collaboratively with spa practitioners, coordinators, and leadership.
Maintain treatment rooms to spa standards, including cleanliness, setup, and flow.
Support service excellence with a professional, accountable, and proactive approach
Current registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of BC (CMTBC).
Professional, grounded, and guest-focused demeanour.
Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
Confidence working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Certification from a recognized BC massage therapy program or equivalent (CPLA).
Availability for evening shifts and weekends.
Full-time scheduling with shifts available between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm.
Experience with body treatments or wraps is an asset (not required)
