Join our team as a Wound Advisor (RPN) and use your expertise to improve client outcomes through evidence-based wound prevention, assessment and treatment. In this role, you'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, provide clinical guidance and education, and support high quality wound care for clients in the community and clinics. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RPN who is passionate about advancing best practices and making a meaningful impact in community healthcare.
Acclaim Health announces the availability of one (1) Full Time Wound Advisor (RPN) (equivalent to 75 hours per pay period) to work in all Halton Clinics and Communities with a focus on the Mississauga/ Halton Communities & Clinics. The Individual is required to work Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:00pm.
Range: $37.95 per visit - $41.72 per visit
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
