Requirements

• Current Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Certification as a NSWOC
• Debridement Certification
• Advanced wound care expertise Area of Work: Successful candidates will be seeing clients in the Chatham-Kent, Windsor-Essex, and surrounding areas. Virtual visits might be expected to do if appropriate.

Education

• RN level nurses who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.
• Must have Certification as Nurse Specialized in Wound Ostomy & Continence (NSWOC)
• Two years previous experience in the development of wound care management programs in the hospital or community setting. Previous visiting nursing experience will be considered an asset.
