The Registered Nurse will function in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment. Responsibilities include education and preparation of clients (Pediatric and Adult) undergoing a variety of Medical Imaging procedures. The RN will assist the Radiologist/Specialist during procedures and perform direct nursing assessment and care as appropriate to ensure the safety of clients undergoing procedures. The RN will prepare for and respond to fluctuating workloads, unexpected critical situations, and the requirement to work in all modalities of Medical Imaging. The RN will collaborate with all members of the multi-disciplinary team to continually evaluate the clients care and condition while in the Medical Imaging Departments.

Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a nursing diploma and registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan. Candidates should have at least one year of recent experience in CCU, Medical Imaging, OR, or IR, along with BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
