Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
Support clients with mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and overall well-being.
Monitor and report changes in client condition to the healthcare team.
Maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for clients.
Follow care plans, infection control protocols, and documentation requirements.
Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.
If successful, new hires will be required to provide proof of vaccination prior to their start date.
Requires a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) certification along with current CPR and First Aid certifications. Candidates must have the physical ability to assist with client transfers and a commitment to client-centered care.
