Answer incoming calls, check telephone messages, greet and direct visitors.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education/training/experience. Minimum 1 year experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant, including familiarity with multiple line switchboard phone systems.

training in First Nations Health Benefits Patient Travel Administration. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and E-requester. Strong knowledge of community programs/services and First Nations Health (asset). Willing to take work-related training and learn internal software. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
