Vernon Health Centre has an exciting opportunity for a relief part-time (0.50FTE) Administrative Services Assistant to join their team! This position works day shift from 08:00 to 16:00 on Monday, Tuesday and then Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday alternating weeks. This position works at the Vernon Health Centre and supports the Mental Health and Substance Use community programs.
Grade 12.
Office administration certificate from a recognized institution.
One year of recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Current valid BC Driver’s License.
Ability to type at 40 nwpm.
5-minute typing test (40+ nwpm) from a recognized institution completed within the past 48 months (non-supervised tests not accepted).
Resume outlining one year of recent related experience (or equivalent).
Cover letter stating availability to start in a new position and on-call, casual work (days of the week)
